(“LXT“), its holding companies, subsidiaries and related corporations (individually and collectively, the “Labyrinth X Group”) provide the Web Site, the Electronic Services and contents herein on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any kind of warranties whether express or implied.

Members of the Labyrinth X Group, their respective directors, employees, agent, associates and affiliates (individually and collectively, the “Labyrinth X Group Members”) make no representations, endorsements or warranties of any kind whatsoever about this Web Site, the Electronic Services, and the information, data and contents on this Web Site.

LXT’s holding companies, subsidiaries and related corporations may participate as participants in the online trading platform operated by LXT for the trading of Digital Assets (the “AGX Platform”), and may have positions or other interests in, and may effect transactions in, the Digital Assets that are issued for listing and trading on the AGX Platform (“Issued Products”), and other related investments. LXT’s holding companies, subsidiaries and related corporations may also perform or seek to perform broking or other services for issuers of Issued Products and participants on the AGX Platform.

The material and information contained in this Web Site is directed at, and is generally intended for distribution to and use by, accredited investors and institutional investors in Singapore.
